Personal thoughts- I wanted to do more utena cosplays and organized a t.v. Utena group! I had originally planned on doing rosebride utena, but fell short on time, and didn’t want to back out o my own group so i literally whipped this costume together in a day!
Construction details- The uniform went fairly easy, It’s a simple fitted jacket, with red bias tape along all the edges. A clear organza pleated skirt sits along my waist. Shorts and socks were made from stretchy fabric.
